SHIPPING

 

Delivery Within Ireland/Northern Ireland.

  1. Cost of delivery within Ireland/Northern Ireland €6
  2. Your order will be delivered with DPD
  3. You will be notified by DPD on the morning of the delivery day with a time slot. If you will not be in at that time please use “MANAGE MY ORDER” on the text/email notification to reschedule your delivery
  4. DPD are instructed NOT to leave parcels if nobody home – If you make an arrangement with your DPD driver to leave your parcel if you are not home Klassy Lady Boutique will not take responsibility for this parcel for any loss or damages.
  5. If your parcel is damaged by your Dog/Cat or any other animal Klassy Lady will not take responsibility. You will have been notified of a delivery time through message/email therefore if you have a pet that may be likely to “Play” with your parcel please ensure they do not have access to your delivery.
  6. Please ensure your details input on your order are correct such as email/phone number/eircode etc as this will affect your delivery and time slot notifications.

International Shipping.

1. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our shipping policies for the list of countries we currently serve.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

If you REFUSE to pay these duties and the package is returned to us all associated charges for the cost of the outgoing and return charges, custom duties/levies and or taxes will be deducted from your refund. If the cost of the goods in your order does not cover these costs you will be liable for the outstanding fee’s

Customs Declarations: All international shipments will be accompanied by a customs declaration in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We accurately declare the value and contents of each package to facilitate customs clearance.

Import Regulations: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items they order comply with their country's import regulations. We are not liable for any items seized or delayed by customs authorities due to non-compliance with import regulations.

2. For shipments outside of Ireland, please be aware that you may be subject to local import taxes and customs duties. We advise checking these fees in advance before placing your order. In the event of a product return, please note that you may be required to pay these fees again. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with local customs regulations and to cover any associated charges.

3. By placing an order for international shipping, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with these shipping policies and bear responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred.


RETURNS POLICY

14 Day Returns Policy. Return the parcel to us with receipt/packing slip, and we will process your refund as soon as possible once the item has been checked.

Terms & Conditions:
  • Items must be returned and received within 14 Days of Receipt of Delivery.
  • The item is your responsibility until we receive it, so it is advisable that you have the parcel tracked.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with no tags removed and no odours on the item (perfume, smoke etc).
  • We do not pay return charges.
  • No exchange possible on items. If looking for another size etc, please re-order your item in the size you are looking for and your original order will be refunded once received.

  • Returns will be processed within 48 hours to 7 days.
  • Sale and Discounted items are not refundable but can be exchanged once returned within 14 days of receipt

Due to the nature and size of Klassy Lady Boutique we are very strict when it comes to returns. On any item of clothing received there will be a tag attached to it. If this tag is removed or has any signs of being removed and put back on, a return will not be granted. On any other items no sign of wear must be visible.
